Is MeetFika only for managers?

Who can see my private notes?

Nobody but you. Manager coaching notes are never visible to the teammate, and a teammate’s private notebook and wins log are never visible to the manager — enforced at the database level, not just hidden in the UI. Sentiment answers are shared by design: you both see the same four numbers.
